Cool Climate Coda
Three winemakers from three different cool climates - Mike Aylward from Ocean Eight in the Mornington Peninsula, Adam Wadewitz from Bests in Great Western and Nick Glaetzer from Glaetzer-Dixon in Tasmania - will present their elegant wines to be matched with the thoughtful food of Coda's Adam D'Sylva. This will be an intimate dinner exploring the subtle variations of these wine regions that match the intricacies and textures of a menu steeped in French and Vietnamese influences.
