The question on everyone's lips is, "Which winemaker has the best tasting smallgoods?" Well, it is if you have been following the Wine Industry Smallgood Smackdown, a competition to see which winemaker can best cure, cook, dehydrate, spice, pummel, puree, hang or smoke their meat... and that isn't a euphemism for anything. (Check out the conversation on Twitter #WISS.) Let's not forget Adam Foster, who won two consecutive YGOW People's Choice Awards back in '08 and '09 by sharing his salami around. Ahem.
To join in the spirit of this new prerequisite in winemaking, all the Young Guns will be at The Botanical to pour their wines and enjoy a late afternoon of well hung meat.
