Duck, Pig and Pinot
At this long-table shared-dining lunch set amongst the lush greenery of the indoor garden of The Archer Room, get up close and personal with Young Guns Andrew Marks (Wanderer), Nick Glaetzer (Glaetzer-Dixon), Nick Spencer (Eden Road) and Dylan McMahon (Seville Estate). The most popular sorts of Pinot will also be there, with Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Meunier to be enjoyed at will. Executive chef of The Botanical, Cheong Liew will present a shared-plate menu of seven duck and pork dishes from Muscovy duck proscuitto with soft herb salad to wood-fired oven-roasted pig, creating a perfect backdrop for the easygoing afternoon of talking and tasting diverse and idiosyncratic Pinots.
