Head Chef Andy Harmer, whose food is a playful twist on classic dishes, has designed a degustation menu matched to wines from each of the twelve Young Gun of Wine finalists.

This event features the Awards presentation hosted by the judges and highlights the Young Gun of Wine finalists, where the winner of the two Awards will be announced.
